of our staffing is comprised of time-proven independent contractors. Each project has specific needs (both technically and
creatively), and the production team is assembled based on these needs and the project's budget. These teams are assembled
by Rik Stirling, President and Owner of Stirling Sound, Inc. Following is an abbreviated resume of Mr. Stirling:
